- 收到與訂單不符的商品
- 商品於運送過程中受損
- 商品有瑕疵或異常
Please contact us within 24 hours with your order number, issue description, and photos.
We accept returns/exchanges for:
• Incorrect items received
• Damage during delivery
• Defective or abnormal products
⭐ 無法受理退換貨情況 Ineligible Situations
以下情況將無法協助退換：
- 已拆封、已沖煮、包裝破損
- 超過 7 天鑑賞期
- 個人口味（酸度、香氣、濃度）
- 未附回贈品
- 未通知自行寄回者
We cannot accept returns/exchanges for:
• Opened or used products
• Exceeding the 7-day period
• Personal taste preferences
• Missing promotional gifts
• Items returned without prior notice
⭐ 退款方式 Refund Processing
退貨驗收完成後，我們將於 3–7 個工作天 將款項退回原付款方式。
部分金流手續費將依第三方平台規範處理。
Refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days after return approval.
Some transaction fees may not be refundable depending on the payment system.
⭐ 咖啡商品特別提醒 Coffee Product Notice
- 咖啡豆、濾掛屬食品，一經 拆封恕無法退換。
- 咖啡風味會因沖煮手法而有差異，口味不合不屬於瑕疵。
Coffee beans and drip bags are food items; once opened, they cannot be returned.
Flavor may vary with brewing method and is not considered a defect.
